Madhya Pradesh: Private Buses Rule, Public Suffers: When Will Monopoly End?

Madhya Pradesh, known as the heart of country, is the second-largest state but does not have a road transport corporation. This means that government buses do not operate in Madhya Pradesh. 

In 2005, the road transport corporation was closed in Madhya Pradesh. Since then, all the roads in MP run private bus operators. Private bus operators make profits, the government is getting its taxes and the public is suffering.
