"Madrassas in some way or the other are facilitating to that (jihadist activities in Assam).... Some of the madrassas have become the centre of operations for jihadi activities," Janki Khaund, Assam BJP Spokesperson, justifying the new brand of 'instant' 'bulldozer' justice that has spread to Assam now, where madrassas linked to arrested terror suspects were demolished with barely 24 hours' notice.
