Amid Rising Covid Cases In Maharashtra, Mumbai Hires Marshals To Enforce Rules

Amid increasing number of coronavirus cases in Maharashtra, new curbs have been put in place in the state, with Mumbai hiring marshals to enforce mask-wearing. A number of the state's political leaders and ministers have also said they have tested positive for COVID-19. As several cases of coronavirus mutation have been observed in Maharashtra, experts say they are yet to observe behaviour - including how fast or slow it infects people -- and pointed out that it is "too early to call it a strain".
