Maharashtra Cyber Cell Files FIR Against YouTuber, What Are The Charges?
The investigation has picked up pace in the latent case. The Maharashtra Cyber cell has filed an FIR where the complainant has mentioned his religious sentiments getting hurt because of the show. The Maharashtra cyber cell is expected to record the statements of all the others associated with the show as well. Section 294,296, and section 67 of IT act, 2000 has been leveled against Samay Raina and team. NDTV's Anuj Rayate reports.
