Maharashtra: Terror target but ill-equipped
Maharashtra has continuously been a terror target since 1993. Hundreds have died, thousands have been maimed in several terror strikes. But despite that, the state government doesn't seem to have learnt lessons from the past. If during the 26/11 attacks lathi wielding constables were fighting terrorists armed with AK47s, today the situation is better but only that much.
