A Nepalese woman, Kamala Bhandari, died in the train accident in Maharashtra's Jalgaon. Kamala's son, Tapendra, had taken a picture of her at the railway station before she left for Lucknow on the Pushpak Express. Little did Tapendra know that this would be the last photo he would take of his mother. Kamala Bhandari, along with her mother and wife Radha Bhandari, was traveling to Mumbai on the Pushpak Express. During the journey, panic broke out in the train due to a fear of fire. In the chaos, Kamala Bhandari got out of the coach and tragically was crushed by the Karnataka Express. Upon hearing about his mother's death, Tapendra rushed to Jalgaon. When he reached the site, he was devastated after finding the remanants of his mother's on the train tracks.
