Maharashtra villages await medical graduates
Thousands of children die each year waiting for medical attention to reach them in the remote rural areas of Maharashtra. Chances are that this year too, these numbers will rise, as more and more students refuse to take up the mandatory rural postings after graduating from a government medical college.
