Mahindra Holidays to Increase Stake in Finland's Holiday Club Resorts: Arun Nanda
Arun Nanda, chairman of Mahindra Holidays, talks about the company's decision to hike its stake in Finland's Holiday Club Resorts to 88 per cent from 23 per cent. He says the company plans to invest an additional 10 million euros for its expansion. The company may also consider acquiring the remaining 12 per cent stake over a period of time, he adds.
