Supreme Court lawyer Kapil Sankhla says the Mahua Moitra case has two aspects to it - one is the cash-for-query allegation, and the other is that she gave her login credentials to another person, which shows there are systematic illegalities within the case. The Trinamool Congress MP has been summoned by the Lok Sabha ethics committee on October 31 in the "cash for query" controversy. The committee agreed the allegations against Ms Moitra were "very serious".
