Major General Lal to be dismissed
In perhaps the first instance of its kind, a Major General of the Indian Army will be dismissed from service next week for harassing a woman officer. An Army courtmartial has found Major General AK Lal guilty of sexually harassing a lady captain. His dismissal is subject to confirmation by the Army HQ and the defence ministry.
