"Make Administratively Impotent": AAP MP On Delhi Services Bill In Parliament

''This bill (Delhi ordinance) that is being introduced is the the most undemocratic, the most unconstitutional piece of paper to have ever entered parliament building. This bill is an affront to the people of India and people of Delhi in particular. It is simply because you have chosen a non-BJP government successively, we (the BJP) will steamroll the (Delhi) government, we will make the government administratively impotent by bringing a law like this,'' said AAP MP Raghav Chadha on the Delhi services bill being introduced in parliament.
