Former Union minister P Chidambaram slams the centre over vaccine distribution. He claims non-BJP states are not getting their fair share of vaccines. Calling upon the centre to make its formula for providing oxygen and vaccines to various states public, P Chidambaram said it was not right on part of the government to assume all powers of authority.
