Rahul Gandhi demanded to know why bus and truck drivers are not asked to 'write essays' as punishment when their vehicle causes an accident. Mr Gandhi's remark was a reference to the ongoing outrage over the 'leniency' shown towards the teen driver, who killed two people with his speeding luxury car in Pune on Sunday.
