Making The Learning Process Attractive

Low-quality teachers, to whom teaching is an imposed job, have turned the schooling system into one of mere rote learning. This makes learning an unattractive exercise for a young mind - a chore they would rather avoid, especially, those first generation learners, belonging to marginalized communities for whom education has no direct realized purpose. This is reflected in the low attendance statistics across government schools in the country. It, therefore becomes necessary to look at every aspect of the entire system with fresh perspectives.
