Malvinder Singh on Parkway exit

Fortis chairman Malvinder Mohan Singh, says the company’s S$3.80 a share ($2.3 billion) offer to acquire Parkway was very compelling. He however clarified that beyond that it didn’t make economic sense to keep upping that investment.
