Mamata Banerjee Orders Swift Probe, Protests Across Country Over Kolkata Horror

Many doctors across the country are taking to the streets over the Kolkata horror. The heinous rape and murder of the post-graduate medical student at the state-run RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata has sparked anger and outrage as well as spread fear among doctors. With protests across the country, Mamata Banerjee rushed to the home of the victim to assure family members of her support. She announced the police will complete the probe by Sunday. A suspect has already been arrested and said if any doubts remain, the CBI could be brought in.
