Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee held a massive roadshow on Tuesday in Bolpur, home to the prestigious Visva Bharati University just a week after Home Minister Amit Shah held one at the same location. Ms Banerjee’s roadshow was attended by thousands of people brought in by the party from various places. In a speech after her foot march, Ms Banerjee launched a strong attack on the BJP, taking digs at the party’s recent campaigns in the state.
