All eyes are on the West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s house in Kolkata, where a meeting between protesting doctors and her is underway. It is the same group of doctors who went to meet Ms Banerjee on Saturday, with the same set of five demands. The only difference is that a middleground of sorts has been reached for the meeting to happen. The doctors have set aside their demand for livestreaming after Ms Banerjee agreed to handover a signed copy of the minutes of the meeting. This demand for live streaming had stalled the previous attempts at reaching an understanding. But will a middleground be reached over the doctors' key demands? Is a breakthrough in sight?
