Ahead of the winter session of Parliament, where Mamata Banerjee has said she's determined to bring a no-confidence motion against the government, Prakash Karat has told NDTV the CPI(M) will not support the move because it may end up helping the UPA instead. That is why the BJP has also been cautious, but Mamata is determined.
