It's been a race against time for Tata motors at Singur. A race to ensure that Ratan Tata's dream car rolls out as promised within this calendar year. After delays in acquiring the land and flooding at the plant site a few months later, now it seems that Mamata Banerjee will be the next big hurdle the Nano needs to leap over.
