Man beaten to death by CBI constable

A CBI constable beat a man to death on Saturday night, the victim working at a dhaba in Delhi's Dabri area refused to reply to the constable's questions, as he was drunk. The Dabri police has taken the constable into custody on charges of alleged murder of the man, the others with him at the time are still missing.
