Man shot dead near Omar's house deaf
Days after a young man was shot dead after he strayed into an Army compound in Bangalore, a similar tragedy occurred in Srinagar.A man named Abdul Rashid was killed by the Army on Tuesday night, barely 200 metres from chief minister Omar Abdullah's residence. Rashid couldn't speak or hear and so, didn't respond when the guards shouted out to him to stop outside the residence of a senior Army official.
