Managing Cyclone Phailin: is the Congress stealing the Met department's thunder?
The relief work in Odisha is yet to get over, thousands are still stranded, but UPA is already patting itself on its back. There was no mention of state governments when they congratulated themselves for evacuating lakhs of people. We ask BJD and the Met dept if this is fair?
