While speculations are Rife about a possible leadership change in ethnic violence hit Manipur today Chief Minister N Biren singh has admitted that some of his party and allies MLAs are in New Delhi but he claimed that they have gone to meet the central leaders for effectively solving the Manipur issues and not for seeking his resignation has been reported in a section of media.
