Government Pushes Through Bills In Parliament, But Without Debate
The government has managed to push through some legislative business, but it has been at the cost of a proper debate that is so essential to the fundamentals of a democracy. The government accuses the opposition of shifting the goalposts on Manipur while the opposition accuses the government of trying to run away from a serious debate on Manipur.
