Expert On Surprises In Manipur Election Result
"Some of the big guns from the Congress party has lost the election. That was the surprise factor for me. Especially the Nambor seat where the Congress president lost. I was expecting Congress to get 15 at the most but it seems they will struggle to get the doube digit," said Professor Bimal Akoijam, expert on Manipur politics.
