The video of two women being paraded naked in Manipur before being allegedly gangraped shook the country on the eve of the Monsoon Session of Parliament on Wednesday. The video has triggered a massive outrage with the Supreme Court coming down heavily on the governments and saying: "If the government does not act, we will." The Prime Minster spoke about the situation in Manipur today for the first time since violence broke out in the northeastern state over two months ago.
