Manipur: Second phase of polling amid tight security
The second phase polling for the Manipur Assembly is going to take place today. Twenty-nine Assembly constituencies go to the polls in the Imphal East, Imphal West and Bishenpur districts, where no less than 70 per cent of the state's population lives.
