"Manipur Suffered For 3 Months, Should Not Suffer For Another Day": Shashi Tharoor
"It may be wrong to say that our concern about Manipur is being expressed largely purely because of elections. What the government's motives are I don't know. It has ultimately done mroe damage to ruling party and to the government. Even demonetisation they were able to get away with it. But in Manipur they have ben alienating people because of their action and inability to deal with the situation... High time some very swift effective action were taken to stop this. People of Manipur have suffered for 3 months should not be made to suffer another day," appealed Shashi Tharoor in an interview to NDTV.
