Thousands Of Women March For Peace In Manipur's Imphal
Relaxation in day curfew to continue in Imphal East and Imphal West today, except for a few scheduled areas, official sources said. The district magistrates of both Imphal East and Imphal West issued orders notifying the extension of relaxation in curfew timing from 5 am to 5 pm today, in both the districts, citing considerable improvement in law and order in the state on Saturday. Last evening, thousands of women were out in streets of Imphal with flame torch in their hands, chanting slogans and demanding peace and settlement of issue in Manipur.
