As the UPA-II readies to enter its fifth and final year in office, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh been under intense attack in the last few weeks. It started with the Opposition, but has now spread to voices within his own party, the Congress, especially after a string of recent scams that have severely dented the PM's clean image.
