Special DGP Arpit Shukla Over Blast Outside Manoranjan Kalia's Residence
Speaking about the blast reported outside BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia's residence in Jalandhar on April 8, Punjab Special DGP Arpit Shukla said, "This was a major conspiracy by Pakistan's ISI. Zeeshan Akhtar, who is a close associate of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, was the mastermind of the case".
