Many coal firms to lose licences?
Documents available to NDTV indicate an effort by the Coal Ministry to cancel the licences of non-performing coal companies. This happened before the CAG report came out, but the larger question remains - was the coal allotment policy inherently flawed? And do these new documents vindicate the stand of the BJP that coal allotment done by the UPA was grossly mismanaged and corrupt?
