March consumer confidence index shows wide scale pessimism
Dr Sam Thomas, Professor, Case Western Reserve University and Strategic Advisor, BluFin and Neeraj Bhargava, Chairman, BluFin speak about the newly launched Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) that covers urban consumers in 18 Indian cities. It debuted at a score of 39.9 in March which shows that consumers are pessimistic about Indian economy.
