Marines return to India: diplomatic win but justice compromised?
The Italian marines, accused of killing two Indian fishermen last year, returned to New Delhi today. The government insists there has been no deal, no conditions with Italy, but Italy says certain conditions have been agreed upon. Italy says India has assured there will be no death sentence for the marines and they say that the marines will have freedom of movement. Has justice been compromised? We debate.
