Shanti Ekambaram, President-Wholesale Banking at Kotak Mahindra Bank said that the market has already factored in a lot of negative news and is watching out for State Elections and budget. She feels that the market is likely to react positively if the interest rates decline. Ekambaram said that there are still upside risks to inflation.
