Markets give a thumbs up to Budget 2011
Madhu Kela, Pankaj Vaish and Anil Singhvi say Pranab Mukherjee has delivered on the fiscal prudence front. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala says the markets needed bold decisions on FDI and subsidies front and from that point of view, the Budget has been a disappointment.
