'Mars will be colonized soon'

There are many Indians who have booked one way tickets to Mars, so will humans be able to visit the Red Planet? Prof UR Rao, former chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), feels Mars will be colonized in a few hundred years and its resources will be exploited by the human civilization. Speaking exclusively to NDTV's Science Editor Pallava Bagla, Rao asserts that the founding father of India's space programme Vikram Sarabhai, if he were alive, would have surely endorsed the Mangalyaan mission.
