Pakistan-based terrorist Masood Azhar, the chief of the Jaish-e-Mohammad, and his brother Rauf Asghar have been named as the masterminds of the Pulwama terror attack in the National Investigation Agency (NIA)'s charge-sheet, sources have told NDTV. A 5,000-page charge-sheet that the NIA is likely to file today at a court in Jammu reportedly details how the planning and execution of one of the deadliest terror attacks in Kashmir was done from Pakistan.
