Massive security arrangements in Bangalore to ensure peaceful Eid
In a bid to ensure a peaceful Eid-ul-Fitr in Bangalore, the city police have made arrangements to make sure that the security presence is seen and felt. Baseless rumours led to the departure of many students and workers from the North-East, and while the rush to leave the city has diminished, authorities are still making the effort to assure the community members that they are safe.
