Matka thrives clandestinely in Mumbai
Matka, the multi-crore betting business, may have been banned across the country, but in the financial capital of the country Mumbai, it still flourishes behind the scenes of legitimate lottery centres. The arrests of key matka operators like Jaya Bhagat and Pappu Savla seems to have made no difference.
