Matter of duty: Gharai hoisting flag for 22 yrs
Fifty-six year old Dasarathi Gharai has been hoisting the national flag every day for the last 22 years as a matter of duty. He climbs up two narrow iron ladders to reach the flag post atop the Orissa state secretariat to perform his job.
