Mayawati, SRK in top taxpayers' list
Who are the top taxpayers of the country? Some names are not being disclosed for fear of extortion. But there are some well-known names who made to the top 200 list. Among politicians it's the UP Chief Minister Mayawati who has made it to the list. She's No. 20. This year she shelled out more than 26 crore as income tax. Most of her income, apparently comes from "gifts" from her supporters. Her income is estimated be around Rs 75-80 crore.
