Maytas consortium bags Hyderabad Metro Rail Project

Just like the Delhi and Mumbai airports, it looks like the solution to Hyderabad’s traffic problems will be found by an unexpected company. Maytas Infrastructure, a relatively unknown player compared to Reliance, Essar and Nagarjuna Constructions, has won the race for the Hyderabad Metro Rail Project. "Today the government decided L1 will be given the bid. So Maytas and Navbharat led consortium will be executing this project," said NVS Reddy, MD, Hyderabad Metro Rail Corporation.
