You have heard of candidates wanting to win the elections by high margins, but here is one candidate who says he wants to secure zero votes in the upcoming Delhi civic elections. Har Prakash, or Guiness Rishi as he likes to call himself, says he already has 22 world records to his credit and now wants to add a new one. But will his campaign work?
