"Mediation Could Not Have Brought About Better Outcome": Mahesh Jethmalani On Ayodhya Verdict
Senior lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani said the general consensus is that the Supreme Court ruling is a balanced and a well reasoned one adding that "one party loses in a sense and one party wins, but the gap between the winner and loser is very minor." Further elaborating on the verdict, the senior lawyer said, "The verdict has tried to do as much justice to all parties as possible and that mediation could not have brought about A better outcome than this, except to a small extent."
