Meet CM Eknath Shinde's Challenger Kedar Dighe
NDTV caught up with Kedar Dighe, a Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate from the Thane district. Mr Dighe is the nephew of late Sena leader Anand Dighe, considered to be Eknath Shinde's political mentor. In the past 15-20 years, there has been no change except the road has been widened enough. There has been beautification, nothing else, but that has not changed the common man's life, said Mr Dighe.
