On the other hand are the women masons or Rani Mistris of Jharkhand, who have played a major role in constructing toilets and making Jharkhand open defecation free. And a young man from Ahemdabad, who has created a handy little device that curbs the problem of a unhygienic washrooms in India and open urination.
