Riya, a young girl from the village of Nogava in Madhya Pradesh is a part of an adolescent group called Maandal Toli, which discusses various issues related to children like child right, protection among others. Durig the COVID-19 crisis, Riya focused on promoting handwashing among her community members. Handwashing has been recommended by the doctors and scientists as a primary defence against infections.
