Forty three people were killed in the tragic Delhi fire that broke out on Sunday morning in a 4-storey building in North Delhi. That number of deaths could have been higher had it not been for firefighter Rajesh Shukla who is credited with saving at least 11 lives and helping guide the rescue operation. He even injured his leg and suffered from smoke inhalation during the rescue efforts. Mr Shukla joined us to describe the rescue operation.
